Happy Mother's Day!
Earlier this week I attended the special Mother's Day tea at preschool where the kids all sang the sweet "I love my mommy every D-A-Y" song and presented us with little crafts and pictures. Each child was tasked to draw a picture and captioning it with why they loved their mom. Rather than answering the questions, Matilda chose to point out my other qualities!
While not quite a roller coaster, I am going on a fun ride tomorrow as we'll take a day trip to Santa Barbara on the train. Porter can't quite believe we are riding on a real passenger train. (I can't quite believe that Porter had 100% potty success today.) Wishing everyone a very happy Mother's Day with no potty accidents tomorrow!
